Dr. Dana Hardy

Dr. Dana Hardy grew up in the Edmonton area. After graduating from high school, she got her start in the dental field as a dental assistant. It was then that she found her passion for dentistry and decided to pursue her education to become a dentist.

Dr. Hardy received her dental degree in 2006 from the University of Alberta. She then continued her training at the University of Southern California as a resident in general practice. While living in California, Dr. Hardy shared her time in private practice and teaching full time at Western University in Pomona, California.

After returning to Edmonton in 2012, Dr. Hardy was an associate in private practice. In 2015, she founded Generations Family Dental and has loved serving the community. She continues to teach the dental students casually at the University of Alberta Hospital emergency dental clinic as well as a volunteer supervisor at the U of A’s outreach clinic.

In her spare time, Dr. Hardy enjoys spending time with her three Biewer terriers, Sophie, Kami & Benjamin. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family. Dr. Hardy loves to travel and has been very fortunate to have been able to see the world, both as a tourist and with a dental mission group.
